I am a tutor who is passionate about mathematics. I'd love to help any student who is struggling with math, whether they need assistance in algebra, elementary math, middle school math, arithmetic, geometry, pre-calculus, trigonometry, or another math subject. I pursued my love for math at Temple University, where I received my degree in Mathematics. Part of the reason why I have succeed with mathematics in my life is because of the amazing math teachers that I've had. I want to inspire students and help them be successful just like the teachers who taught me. I have learned from my past math teachers that it is very important to be patient, as some students take longer to grasp concepts than others. I've also learned that as an educator it's necessary to have multiple teaching approaches and methods because every student learns differently and therefore you need to be versatile. As a tutor it is my goal to simplify complex math problems and explain them to my students in a way that they can understand. I know that any student can succeed in math with the proper guidance. When I'm not tutoring I enjoy watching the Forensic Files, going shopping, and solving difficult math problems!
