Experience
I've worked with students in various situations. From volunteering in Spain where I helped learners improve their conversation English, to teaching students from all over the world at the University of Florida. Tutoring is one of my favorite things to do, and it excites me to make a difference in the lives of others and help them learn. I got started by helping my younger brother and sister work on homework and applications for college, and have provided them with study skills to make their lives easier. It's my hope to work for the state department at some point in my career. I have a bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Florida. Right now, I'm working on a master's in Public Policy at the University of Maryland. I'm here to help students who need assistance in Algebra, Math, English, College Essays, Grammar, Essay Editing, Public Speaking, Government and Politics, Psychology, and Social Sciences, and getting ready for the GRE and ACT exams. I can help in AP classes, Spanish 1, and provide homework support for those who need different learning methods. Outside of work I love dancing and yoga, running, cooking, and anything related to Latin and South America.
